Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Ashgate digital purchases, including Street Credits, VIP subscriptions, season passes, founder packs, cosmetics, and other digital goods. Prices and key benefits are shown before checkout in the relevant purchase flow.
Digital Goods
Street Credits and other digital goods are delivered to your Ashgate account after payment is confirmed by our payment provider. Street Credits have no real-money value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be sold, and cannot be exchanged outside Ashgate.
When We Review Refunds
Contact support if a payment failed but you were charged, credits or benefits did not arrive, a duplicate payment was made, your account was compromised, or you believe a charge was unauthorised. Payment issues are treated as high priority.
Limits
We may decline refund requests where digital goods have been delivered and used, where the request is abusive, where the purchase was traded or transferred through game systems, or where the account has been restricted for payment fraud, chargeback abuse, cheating, or serious rule violations.
Subscriptions and Season Passes
VIP subscriptions can be cancelled for future billing through the available account or payment-provider flow. Cancelling does not normally refund time already used. Season passes are tied to a specific season and do not provide combat advantage.
Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, we may restrict the account while the issue is reviewed. Refunded or charged-back purchases may result in reversal of Street Credits, benefits, cosmetics, or related credit transactions where appropriate.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that apply in your country or region, including rights that may apply to EU customers. This is a product draft for implementation and must be reviewed before public launch.
