Game Rules

Draft policy - last updated 2 July 2026

Fair play keeps Ashgate competitive. These rules apply to all players, accounts, characters, families, forums, chats, messages, markets, leaderboards, seasons, events, and support channels.

Core Rules

  • No cheating, botting, scripting, macros, or automation.
  • No exploiting bugs, balance errors, payment faults, or race conditions.
  • No multi-accounting, account sharing, account selling, or ban evasion.
  • No real-money trading of accounts, cash, items, credits, services, or favours.
  • No impersonating staff, moderators, official systems, or other players.
  • No harassment, threats, doxxing, hate speech, spam, phishing, or scams.
  • No coordinating, encouraging, or instructing real-world crime.

Bugs and Exploits

If you discover a bug, report it through support. Do not keep using it, share it, teach others how to use it, or move gains through other players or family systems. We may reverse progress, credits, cash, items, trades, attacks, casino results, territory outcomes, or season standings affected by an exploit.

Accounts and Fair Competition

Each player may use one account unless Ashgate explicitly allows an exception. Families, rankings, markets, wars, bounties, leaderboards, and seasonal results must be earned through normal play. Coordinated abuse, linked-account manipulation, win trading, and artificial boosting are not allowed.

Payments and Credits

Street Credits have no real-money value and cannot be withdrawn, sold, or exchanged outside Ashgate. Paid credits cannot be used in casino features. Payment fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or attempts to duplicate credits may result in credit reversal, account restrictions, or bans.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, enforcement may include a warning, content removal, mute, temporary ban, permanent ban, player reset, credit revoke, market reversal, family action, leaderboard removal, or season disqualification. Serious cases may be escalated without prior warning.

Appeals

Players may appeal bans or serious enforcement actions through the support system. Appeals should be honest and include relevant context. Abuse of the appeal system may limit future appeals.
