Welcome to Ashgate. These Terms of Service explain the rules for creating an account, playing the game, using community features, and buying digital items. By using Ashgate, you agree to these terms, the Game Rules, the Community Guidelines, and any policies linked from this page.

1. Eligibility

Ashgate is a fictional browser-based mafia RPG intended for players aged 16 and over. Because the game includes crime themes, competitive social play, chat, forums, and optional purchases, players under 18 should only play with permission from a parent or guardian where required by local law.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. You must not share, sell, transfer, or trade accounts. We may require email verification, password resets, or other security checks to protect the game and its players.

3. Fair Play

You must not cheat, automate play, exploit bugs, operate multiple accounts, interfere with the service, impersonate staff, or trade in-game assets for real money. If you find a bug, report it instead of using it. Breaking these terms can result in warnings, mutes, temporary bans, permanent bans, account resets, credit reversals, or season disqualification.

4. Fictional Game Content

Ashgate is a work of fiction. It does not endorse or instruct real-world crime. Players must not use Ashgate chats, forums, messages, usernames, profiles, or support channels to coordinate real-world crime, threaten people, harass others, share personal information, or post illegal content.

5. Digital Purchases

Street Credits, VIP subscriptions, season passes, cosmetics, and other digital goods may be offered for purchase. Prices are shown before checkout. Purchases are only completed after our payment provider confirms payment server-side. Street Credits have no real-money value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be sold, and cannot be used for real-money gambling. Paid credits are not usable in casino features.

6. Changes and Availability

Ashgate may change features, balance, rewards, seasons, events, prices, or policies as the game develops. We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, technical issues, security incidents, or provider outages may interrupt access.

7. Legal Review

This is a product draft for implementation and must be reviewed before public launch. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your country or region.
